Lovingly.... Or at least we think lovingly dubbed "Boss" by her team, Emily is the creative force behind every menu, email, website, bio (LOL I'm writing it right now) and social media post.
She's a lover of skinny margs, colorful flowers, sparkles, dogs, fancy cheeses and the smell of nice hotels. She's an avid reader, only of things BookTok would dub "smut" and can't stop buying stickers.
Favorite thing to cook? Super homey slow cooked red sauce.
Favorite thing to eat? Snack.

Queen of the kitchen and the finances, Deb is the heartbeat of the back end of the Brussel. She's the chief of all orders, solving all kitchen disasters and reining in the creatives who have crazy ideas (Emily.).
She's happier at a beach, walking her doodle Arlo, or vacationing with her family.
Favorite thing to cook? Family dinner.
Favorite thing to eat? Pasta, specifically bolognese.

Charcuterie artist and HR consultant extraordinare, our cheeses wouldn't be as beautiful or artfully arranged without Kaylie. She can always be convinced to stop for ice cream, is notorious for being invited onto the dance floor, is the only staff member who stays out past 10pm, nobody plans a better coffee tour and the best plant parent there is.

We call Dawn. Queen of all desserts and baked goods, can fix anything Emilys impatience ruins.
Dawn is the runs-on-coffee poster child, always down for weird food, comes up with every wild caramel flavor we've ever made and almost always makes too much dessert.
